You have 3 days from the date of delivery to return any product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
2. Refunds
We only offer refunds in the form of a store credit for eligible returned products. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected, and the return is approved. We do not provide refunds for any items that are used or damaged after delivery.
3. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for another item, you can do so within the 3-day return period. The exchanged item must be in new and unused condition, and you will be responsible for shipping costs associated with the return and exchange.
4. Cash on Delivery
As Elias Focus only accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method, the refund will be issued in the form of store credit once your returned product is inspected and approved. We do not process cash or bank transfers for refunds.
5. Warranty
Products purchased from Elias Focus come with a limited warranty for manufacturing defects. If your item is defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. The product must be returned in its original packaging, and we will evaluate whether it is eligible for a replacement or repair.
